职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

To be the main responsible for the optimization, repair and maintenance of the mechanical devices of complex special tooling machines and manufacturing tools
负责设备维修工作,完成预防性维护保养工作,降低停机工时.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

?Analyse the rootcause of machine downtimes and initiate the necessary steps to keep the downtime as short as possible (分析故障的根本原因，尽量缩短故障维修时间。)
?Understand, Identification and repair of complex failure pictures and take effective actions to avoid such failures in future（判定，理解故障原理，修复，并能制定有效措施避免再次发生。）
?Improve machine performance and implement efficient optimizations.（改进和优化设备状态。）
?Participate in TPM activities to improve equipment efficiency.（通过参加TPM，提高设备的效率。）
?Record the necessary information such as repair records, shift change records, preventive maintenance records , spare parts usage records. （做好各项维修工作中的记录工作。）
?Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives. （完成维修主管交付的其它关于公司项目方面的工作。）

职位任职条件 Basic Requirements

工作经历
Working experienceA minimum of 3 years related working experience in maintenance
至少三年的维修工作经验
教育水平
EducationEducation of college or above related to mechanical
大专及以上，机械相关专业
英语水平
EnglishBasic English level in both written and spoken English.
具备基本的英语听说读写能力.
德语水平
GermanPreferable but not basic required无要求
计算机应用水平ComputerGood in MS Office software办公软件的操作

?To be familiar with complex machines like CNC machining centers, auto lathing machine. 熟悉CNC机加工设备.
?Knowledge of mechanical components like spindles, ball screws, magazine.熟悉机械部件如主轴，丝杠，刀库等．
?Understand mechanical drawings. 能读懂机械图纸.
?Good knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems and drawings　精通液压和气动系统．
?Readiness for regular business trips　愿意接受出差
