主要职责 Key Responsibilities

工作职责内容
Key responsibilities
?设备换型，机床调校以及产品测量；
?确保班内员工遵照公司规定的文件，标准，流程操作 (5S, JIT,TPM，标准化作业)，协调本班生产，合理安排人力资源，提高劳动生产率。
?确保工作按照安全指示操作。
?协调第一和第二级预防性维护。
?必要设备和工具申请, 确保轮班的有序交接。
?与团队分析所属产线的质量, 生产和工艺问题。
?指导新进员工及转岗员工的工作。
?生产数据的统计
?Lead machine change over, adjusting and production measurement.
?Ensure team member operate follow the doc. standard(5S, JIT, TPM), WI and arrange human resource reasonable to improve productivity
?Ensure team members working in safety
?Coordinate the first and secondary preventive maintenance
?Ensure shift handover
?Cooperate with team to solve quality and process problem
?Support problem solving and CIP
?Production data statistic

职位任职条件 Basic Requirements

工作经历
Working experienceA minimum of five years working experience，two years Automotive industry background
至少五年的工作经验
教育水平
Education大专或专业技术学校及以上.
英语水平
English Basic English will be an advantage
能简单英文沟通优先
德语水平
German
计算机应用水平ComputerBasic MS office, SAP will be an advantage
简单办公软件操作,SAP的使用优先
专业资格
QualificationAssembly fitter qualification will be an advantage
装配钳工
Familiar with grinding, crack detection, Heat treatment and FANU/ SIMENS NC system will be an advantage
熟悉磨床，探伤，热处理并熟悉法兰克和西门子数控系统者优先．


职位任职者需要展现的专业能力Professional skills and abilities

?熟悉数控系统和程序；
Familiar with CNC system and program
?熟悉机床调校；
Familiar with machine adjusting;
?熟悉常见测量设备,如三座标，轮廓仪者优先。
Familiar with general inspection equipments will be an advantage.
