职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

To be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance, completion of preventive maintenance work, reduce down time.
负责设备维修工作,完成预防性维护保养工作,降低停机工时.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

工作职责内容
Key responsibilities
Analyse the root cause of machine downtimes and initiate the necessary steps to keep the downtime as short as possible (分析故障的根本原因，尽量缩短故障维修时间。)
Understand, Identification and repair of complex failure pictures and take effective actions to avoid such failures in future（判定，理解故障原理，修复，并能制定有效措施避免再次发生。）
Improve machine performance and implement efficient optimizations.（改进和优化设备状态。）
Participate in TPM activities to improve equipment efficiency.（通过参加TPM，提高设备的效率。）
Record the necessary information such as repair records, shift change records, preventive maintenance records , spare parts usage records. （做好各项维修工作中的记录工作。）
Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives. （完成维修主管交付的其它关于公司项目方面的工作。）

职位任职条件 Basic Requirements

工作经历
Working experienceA minimum of three years related working experience in maintenance
至少三年的相关工作经验
教育水平
EducationEducation of college or above related to mechatronics or electrical background
大专及以上，机电一体化或电子专业
英语水平
EnglishBasic English understanding, able to read related drawing
基本英语理解，能够阅读相关英语图纸
德语水平
Germanunrequested无要求
计算机应用水平ComputerGood in MS Office software MS办公软件的操作
专业资格
QualificationHigh and low voltage certificate or related qualification certification
高低压电操作证

To be familiar with maintenance tools such as TPM 熟悉维修工具如全面生产维护
To be familiar with assembly line 熟悉装配生产线
Understand electrical drawings. 能读懂电气图纸.

To be familiar whit servo and other electrical driver 熟悉伺服和其它电气驱动器。
