Main Duties 主要职责:

1.Work according to SWP, process sheet, OI, control plan etc. to achieve production target;

按照安全操作指导书，工艺卡片，操作指导书，控制计划等要求操作以完成生产指标；

2.Follow up all the adjustment doing by setup man, maintenance, engineering etc;

跟踪调试员，维修人员，工程技术人员所做的调整；

3.Be responsible for 5S in work area; Perform other jobs assigned;

负责工作区域的5S；完成上级安排的其他工作；

4.Ensures all the activities contribute to CT-ECC profitability;
确保所有行为都有益于提高CT-ECC的盈利；

5.Continuously improves operational processes;
持续改进、优化运作流程；

6.Assures legal compliance with HSE legislation for all process activities, and compliance with all TKCN/

CT-ECC HSE;
确保所有的行为均符合健康、安全和环境方面的法律要求，并遵循TKCN/CT-ECC 的健康、安全和环境的要求；

Qualification Requirement 任职资格

Education 教育:

Technical secondary school or above, CNC operation or mechanic relevant major;

中专及以上学历，数控操作或机械相关专业；

Experience 经验要求:

1 years related experience in CNC operation; both CNCL and VMC or CNC grinding experience are preferred; experience in foreign investment enterprise is preferred.

1年及以上数控操作相关经验；具有数控车和加工中心或数控磨床工作经验者优先；外资企业工作经验优先。

Competency 胜任力

Be proficient in the operation of deburring、washing、polishing、packaging,etc;

熟练对工件进行去毛刺、清洗、抛光、包装等工艺；

Able to read process sheet, operate inspection gages；English is preferred.

能够阅读工艺图纸，使用检测量具；会英语者优先。

Good team player, detail oriented, patient and able to work under pressure; Obey professional ethics.

良好的团队合作能力，细节导向，耐心，能承受一定的压力；恪守职业道德。
